The Delivering Management Excellence course has provided a unique format for self evaluation and learning at this point in my life, both professionally and personally.

My goals in participating in this RBI program include:

1. Foster team innovation and creativity – specifically encourage more positive ground up innovation and support of new ideas for products, efficiency and ways of working
2. Team management & communication- ensuring that various stakeholders within New Scientist are happy and working collaboratively
   • Senior management
   • Marketing team
   • Wider New Scientist teams
   • Wider RBI stakeholders
3. Career development – at the start of this course, my employment visa to live and work in the UK had 6 months left, and a new management structure was in place; I want to navigate this successfully to align my skills and values with the business objectives and values to drive growth
